Resipi sharp and short...hahaha!

My sister's from Brunei...Kak Norzakiyah..

I have to be creative..terpaksa...when the figure turn to 40..semua nak kena alert and concern eventhough i don't hv any cronic simpton..just BP yang often turun naik...tak dapat tidak, kena check every week to make sure it not higher and higher or else ill collapse!
And hv to cut so many things, carbo, fat etc..cuma yg boleh ambil lebih adalah green vege and cereal, protin and the rest tu berpada-pada.
So since 2 yrs back, saya control segala yg dimasak kalau di rumah tapi kalau kat luar..hmm bantai je lah.
Last week, Kak Norzakiyah (guess how old is she? Personally I can't believe that she's just celebrate her 52 befday) came to my house and she's along from Brunei. Saya x pasti nak masak apa sebab she's really concern abt food and so do I. Nak kata saya malas pun ya juga sebab kalau masak saya mesti nak simple and cepat..sentiasa tempted terhadap makanan walaupun cucur bawang oat, saya buat dan saya makan, dan kenyang..itu sudah dikira sedap dan ok pada saya walaupun pada lidah anda ia mungkin tawar atau poyo jer rasanya...
Dalam dok kecoh dengan dapur bocor (saya baru pindah and heavy raining buatkan atap rumah sedikit bocor) i just 'throw away' my idea to prepare a simple meal for my dinner with Kak Nor.
Capsicum sumbat...sepatutnya saya bake until their skin is black and berkedut tapi sebab nak cepat dan saya lebih suka menikmati pedas capsicum dengan rasa mencekik perut, pembakarannya tidak sempurna. While Kak Nor told me im suppose to wrap the capsicum dengan foil supaya hawa panas yang terkumpul akan membakar kulit lada benggala itu..tak sempat dah sebab saya nak cepat makan. Makan lagi! Begitu juga dengan rendang salmon ini..rendang western...haha...saya mencaca marbakan rendang Melayu menjadi lauk cincai. Sekeping salmon dan bumbunya garlic + ginger (chopped), onion, blackpepper sauce, plain yogurt, oyster sauce and a pinch of salt..sikit saja ya..kalau x letak garam pun x apalah. And the last one is chick ball soup or the nick name is sup bodoh sombong!! (One of my fellow panggil ayam goreng kunyit sebagai ayam goreng bodoh sombong, so sebab saya pun masak sup guna chic ball dan sempoi gila, saya nak guna nama sama, sup bebola ayam bodoh sombong sebab bahan2nya sangatlah bodoh sombong...bawang putih and ginger jer serta satu sudu makan olive oil. Bodoh sombong but then its healthy at all. That's it..then sruppp....
Saya ada banyak resipi bodoh sombong yang sihat kerana bahan2nya adalah menyihatkan...kita share ya..later!

nampak muda sangat and u pun sama still nampak very young
btw, sup bodoh sombong tu feveret hasya and capsicum sumbat tu nampak menggoda...cer share resepi ahahaha itu yg penting tuh

Zarin...ahahaha..tq..its a compliment for me. TQ,o ya resipi sup tu sempoi sangat..sedikit garlic and 2 tea spoon olive oil...tumis then masuk jer chicken ball atau isi udang..lepas tu nak campur any vege pun sumer bleh..memang sempoi tapi sihat..anyway i suka letak english herb and the aromas naik..so berangan ler..apa lagi...ekeke!

o ya Eti, sudah semestinya naturel olive oil...anyway kalau nak ada bau sket bleh guna naturel punya butter..
