Nothing to update. Let’s share with me how to cook a special recipe like this...fast and simple but delicious...yummy...it was a crreation by Chef Malcom Goh, Electrolux Ambasador for this year...saya dah cuba, enak beb!

Potato Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients
200g kentang Idaho
50ml Heavy Cream
100g krim Cheese
50g Parmesan Cheese diparut
20g Unsalted Butter
50g Leek (Chop)
30g Shallot (chop)
1 Bulb Roasted Garlic (chop)
5nos Whole Egg
100g Plain Flour
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Method
Rebus kentang idaho dan lecel sampai hancur.
Campur dengan semua bahan tadi dan simpan
dalam peti sejuk anda...

Aksesori penting tu...dua ekor udang..daging..cili jeruk etc...burp...

M just tapau a nasi goreng for my lunch today..malas nak keluar bcoz of hot weather...huhu..panas gila...im pretty sure petang nanti ada hujan lebat like yesterday..tak apalah, at least my orkid boleh minum air, tak payah tunggu i balik and siram all the plant...since the buds will bloom anytime, they need a lots of water kan...I’ll do an entry for that to share a beautiful shape of orchids with you..later ya...Ok, pasal nasi goreng ni...i named it ‘nasi goreng abang misai’ sebab tukang masaknya ada misai lebat and fesyen rambut pun tak pernah berubah apatah lagi fesyen misainya.

Interesting fact about nasi goreng ini ialah the taste is never change since the first time I tried. That was 1996, masa tu kedai brader ni kat celah lorong sempit depan office saya...so that masa tu saya panggil lorong busuk becoz di celah lorong tu ada longkang kecil yang airnya berwarna hitam pekat..uhuk..uwekkk..haha! U maybe think that how come I’ll survive dengan menjamu selera di celah lorong busuk dengan air hitam pekat...ptuiii..yuck...

Nanti!!! yang hitam pekat itu ialah bukan air longkang sebenarnya, tetapi sisa dakwat yang digunakan untuk mencetak akhbar sebab lorong itu bersebelahan dengan kilang mencetak kertas...so i knew the black water inside the longkang is dakwat mencetak and the smelt pun tak adalah busuk...Akan tetapinya, I did boycot these nasi goreng masa kedainya beroperasi di lorong busuk tu lah sebab masa tengah syok makan nasi goreng, saya terjumpa sekor anak siput babi sedang merayap di tepi pinggan..chisss....terus patah nafsu dan dua tahun saya haramkan kaki saya memijak kedai berkenaan sehinggalah ia berpindah ke food court dalam satu bangunan yang sangat bersih...

Hehe...until now Im lil bit fobia when I saw something like anak siput babi walhal mende tu ialah garnishing nasi goreng tu...God...rasanya tak pernah berubah dan dua ekor udang mesti ada sebagai aksesori penting untuk menggoda selera orang-orang yang lapar seperti saya...Ntah apa mandrem brader misai tu, nasi goreng, mihun goreng, kuetiau goreng and mihun sup dia tetap laris....apa-apa pun, saya suka juga minum sibancai kat kedai tu..hehe (sirap bandung cincau)...selamat makan tengahari!

Environment day...

TODAY is 5th Jun...Environment Day...go green! save the world! love nature and the nature will loves you! Whatever definition it is, i just want to share with you that our nature need protection from us..pls alert!! You don’t hv to donate some money to the organisation or charity due to environment event. And u also don’t have to be an environtmental activist to care of our nature..just put an effort to educate your kids or childrens arounds you likes do not put a litter anywhere...Each year, an estimated 500 billion to 1 trillion plastic bags are consumed worldwide. That comes out to over one million per minute. Billions of these bags end up as litter or in landfills each year. And to make the billions of paper grocery bags used annually, millions of trees are felled each year..(think about it!!)

Latest hero...Ben10

As I said earlier, i love cartoon specially Powerpuff Gal..and the latest is Ben10. I start to know Ben10 last week...masa pergi berfoya-foya kat Mydin USJ. Coincidentally, ada event kat Mydin punya concourse so I just sat down and saw what did they do...macam ada contestlah...
Suddenly a boy ran infront of me and guess he's 5 yrs old...thin, fair skin, black hair and hazel eyes...he's a Malay boy and I heard someone call him Ben10! Ben10...come here..where is Ben10!
Haha...rupa-rupanya budak tu yang dimaksudkan Ben10 tu...comel! Akan tetapinya....gigi rongak but his face so cute...sebijik macam Ben10 kat atas tu...
At night, I still imagine his cheerful face when they called him Ben10. Maybe Ben10 is his hero and of course hero selalunya baik, handsome, gagah dan perkasa serta sentiasa menang dalam apa jua perlawanan.
I think its ok if Ben10 is his idol..tetapi ibu bapa kena awasi juga apa cartoon yang anak mereka suka.
Macam my nephew, masa ibunya mengandungkan dia, bapanya suka tengok kartun Goku..and selalu sebut Goku pada dia bila lahir...and now he's 2 yrs old and memang suka tengok Goku..specially kalau Goku Son keluar kat kaca TV. Dan saya juga suka panggil dia Goku atau Bobot...
Hmm..whatever...Ben10 is my latest collection lah pulak...

Yesterday..someone ask me to follow her to Shah Alam..katanya makan-makan, so saya skip lunch purposely sebab nak makan kat Shah Alam...and I never thought that my lunch was so delicoius and luxury...hehe..called it luxury because Im having siakap sweet sour, black pepper beef, telur bistik and seafood tomyam yang boleh buat saya kenyang seminggu..burpp...Waterfall buatan manusia dalam restoran Eiman Tomyam House yang berlatarkan warna hijau..that is my fav. colour...memang rasa cool lepak dalam kedai ni..semuanya hijau...

Bahagian front desk...saya paling tergoda dengan bakul buah-buahan yang sudah siap dikupas..apa-apa pun saya dah sedut segelas watermelon di situ...huhu...hilang dahaga...
Hmm...very cosy with a stylish decoration...sofa berpelapik tinggi..kalau ada kat rumah saya sofa cenggini cantik ni...kan..nampak hijau semua...fresh...

Telur bistik special yang dibuat khusus untuk saya and colleagues...kami makan separuh jer sebab banyak lagi lauk lain yang nak kena taste...
Black pepper beef pun sedap...bak kata Amy Search..berbaloi-baloi..kalau tak caya try pi cuba kalau ada masa....yang ini kami berjaya habiskan...
Hehe..part ni paling saya suka...siakap sweet sour...yang ini pun kami settlekan dalam masa tak sampai setengah jam...macam mesin pengisar makanan..

Dan ini paling mencabar minda..im not to mad abt seafood tapi yang kecik-kecik saya makan..macam udang and sotong tapi ketam agak mengjengkelkan saya..masa arwah bapa saya ada, beliau akan keluarkan isi ketam ini untuk saya makan tapi since dia dah tak ada, saya fikir 10 kali nak makan...uhuk!
See..am i rite? Cantikkan lampu gantung Eiman Tomyam House ni...nak makan pun rasa berselera bila tengok lampu cantik, sofa selesa, wash room bersih and paling penting ada surau..
Ada gazebo plak dalam restoran..lahai rasa nak tidur kat situ...siapa yang rasa nak kontrol ayu makan sambil bersila atau bertimpuh, boleh duduk di gazebo tu...arghhh saya lupa nak ambil pic penuh gazebo sebab syok dengan lampu gantung..ok! Apa-apa pun saya dah burp!
