don't worry about failure, worry about the chances. u will miss when you don't even try...no one can predict to what heights you can soar, even you will not know until you spread your wings...

Lunch surprise @ Malaysia Pastry Acad...

First time i heard about Malaysia Pastry Academy was last year when my Editor asked me to write about the MPA. Without delay, i checked the email that she forwarded to me and saw the pic too. And it was great because i like baking...so that i make a wish to have a chance to visit the MPA. And last week, (like a dreams come true, editor saya hantar suruh buat coverage) during lunch time, i took a taxi to PJ, purposely to attend a sesi pengenalan of Cake Boss @ Chef Hong at MPA.
It was a bit early when i arrived there. 2 sweets lady, Jade and Hanne guide me to visit MPA area. Thought im really lucky because they brought me to a room whose someone did a gula tarik..masa tu one of a full time student sedang buat gula reben and i never hesitate to try that when Hanne offered me to try...o my...bestnya rasa. Itu jam juga saya berangan nak ambil part time course after i finish my fine art course..btw, tengah hari itu saya rambang mata melihat pelbagai pastri menyelerakan di atas meja untuk dinikmati...next entri nanti saya akan beritahu apa kos yang ditawarkan dan bagaimana caranya..jamu mata ya...ini semua saya cuba dan rasanya...burp!
Macaroon purple..inti strawberry rasanya. Lazimnya saya hanya suka menikmati macaroon dengan mata saja kerana ngeri akan kemanisannya, tapi macaroon comel di MPA ini tidak boleh dinafikan kejelitaannya menyebabkan saya memakannya sebanyak dua ketul...sangat enak.
Yang ini saya tak pasti spesies apa...like a crab but pretty sure the taste is yummy...
croissant ini pun sangat menggoda. Tak ada sosej pun, tapi rasanya membuatkan saya makan sebanyak dua..hihi jangan marah...

Cream puff yang sangat lazat. Gebu dan menggiurkan, rasanya pun comel sangat! Alangkah bagusnya kalau saya tahu macam mana nak buat cream puff comel ini.

Ada pelbagai finger bread, ada poppy seed, ada chilli, ada cheese etc. Pastri yang ada sosej tu saya makan banyak, kenapa banyak, sebab ia enak...heaven sungguh lunch saya di MPA.
